Fundraising

Fundraising enables the Club to keep contract costs reasonable by providing members with opportunities to defray some of their costs through volunteer contributions.  All families are required to support the club by participating or paying a fee to "opt out".  Please see our Fundraising/Volunteer Policy for more information.

The fundraisers and volunteer opportunities will be announced by the Fundraiser Chairpersons and may include the following:

Weekly Snack Sales during Skate School

This year, rather than selling donuts/hot chocolate/coffee/juice, we will sell pre-packaged items to make it easier for all!

Poinsettia Sales

 Our club partners with Gerten's Greenhouses to sell holiday poinsettias in October for Thanksgiving delivery.  Orders taken

October 5 - October 24.  Poinsettias delivered to the rink December 5.  Prizes offered to sellers!  Buy-out option

Concessions at the Farmington Spring Festival

We cooperate with the Hockey Association to sell concessions at the rink during the Spring Festival!

Used Dress/Apparel Sales

Items can be donated or sold on consignment.  Sales are done at various times throughout the year.  Dates TBD.

Farmington Dew Days

Operation of a food booth during the festival, and participation in the Dew Days Parade.  In 2009 we sold Inta-Juice!

Rosemount Leprechaun Days

Operation of a Root Beer Float Stand at Cub Foods!
